1. Pure rice vinegar
The brewing of this vinegar includes white rice which is cultivated without any chemicals. Suites best for cooking. As this is pure vinegar and highly concentrated, it is advisable to dilute with water before consumption or as per your taste.
Available quantity- 500 ml, 900 ml and 1.8 L

2. Organic wholegrain rice vinegar premium
This is the premium product of our Organisation. The brewing of this Vinegar includes brown rice and amino acids for a smooth taste and texture. Suites best for cooking. As this is pure vinegar and highly concentrated, it is advisable to dilute with water before consumption or as per your taste.
Available quantity- 720 ml

3. Organic whole grain brown rice Vinegar
The brewing of this Vinegar includes Organic brown rice, wholegrain rice and malted rice. Suites best for cooking. As this is pure vinegar and highly concentrated, it is advisable to dilute with water before consumption or as per your taste.

4. Wholegrain rice Vinegar
The brewing of this vinegar includes malted rice and white rice giving it a yet another taste than all other ranges of wholegrain vinegar. Suites best for cooking. As this is pure vinegar and highly concentrated, it is advisable to dilute with water before consumption or as per your taste.
Available quantity- 720 ml and 1.8 L

5. Amino black Vinegar
As the word describes, Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins in our body. This Vinegar includes malted rice, honey, pure rice vinegar, brown rice vinegar and citric acid. The blend of these ingredients makes this vinegar a drink as well as a concentrate to use in cooking.

6. Plum wholegrain Vinegar
Another healthy drink from our range of Vinegar. This drink includes a blend of brown rice vinegar, pure rice vinegar, honey and Plum. Tastes best when diluted 3 times with water before consumption or as per your taste.

Ohyama foods is a traditional Japanese Vinegar manufacturing organization located in Aya town, the central part of Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan from more than 80 years.
Kiyoshi Ohyama started manufacturing unpolished rice vinegar in Kunitomi town in the Year 1930 and the company was completely established in 1972 upon expanding the manufacturing units for commercial and large-scale production of Vinegar. The unit was moved to Aya town in 1973 and since then has been a very promising organization to manufacture and supply Pure rice vinegar (White rice) and brown rice vinegar (Brown rice).
The award winning untreated natural mineral water of Aya town has been in use for Vinegar production since the Showa era (1926 - 1989) and this makes the process in this company more natural and purer keeping the health of our society in consideration.
Over the years, we have established bigger units and increased our range of products.

The traditional fermentation of Vinegar is carried out in large clay jars (Sangoku wagame) amongst the beautiful valley of Aya town and so the Brand name “YAMADAI”. This process has been in practice since the foundation of this brewery was laid in 1930.
We use organic rice which is cultivated in a clean environment free from chemicals and pesticide.
