Recipe with Marcy
Green Curry Soup with Marcy
This soup is based on coconut milk with Marcy’s hot taste, that become awesome green curry.
*If you don’t wish to use chicken broth, you can use soy sauce and water instead.
Ingredients
  • chicken
  • oyster mushrooms
  • cucumber
  • ginger
  • coriander
  • red chili
  • coconut milk
  • chicken broth
  • Hot Yuzu Sauce Marcy
  • sugar (beet sugar)
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • soy sauce
*Cucumber is alternative ingredient for green papaya
*You may add any vegetables as you like
*200g coconut milk for 3-4 PAX
*Chicken broth will be twice of coconut milk
How to cook
  1. Cut into dices chicken, cucumber, and oyster mushroom
  2. Cut ginger as you like (slice, small dices…)
  3. Put some oil in a pan and stir chicken until it become to golden color
  4. Add coconut milk, chicken broth, sugar, salt, and say sauce (if you like)then add Marcy
  5. Removing scum to bring to boil, add oyster mushroom
  6. Put black pepper on and finish

How to cook
  1. Cut into suitable length Chinese chives and green beans
  2. Cut green pepper and paprika into thin strips and slice garlics
  3. Put some oil on the flying pan and add the garlic to give the aroma to the oil and stir slowly avoiding being burned
  4. Add green beans →green pepper →paprika→Chinese chives
  5. After stirring all, add salt and pepper, Red Marcy, and cumin, and stir it again then finish
Konnyaku Pad Thai with Marcy
Using Shirataki Konnyaku of Ohyama Foods instead of flat noodles

You can use any vegetable you prefer, suitable for the quantity of noodle
Ingredients
  • Shirataki Konnyaku flat noodle 350g
  • Chinese spinach
  • Red paprika
  • yellow mini tomato
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce
  • Marcy
How to cook
  1. Cut Chinese spinach longer
  2. Slice red paprika, cut tomato in half circle slice, and cut Shirataki Konnyaku noodles into suitable length
  3. Put some oil in flying pan, add konnyaku noodle and stir with high heat
  4. After stirring, add mini tomatoes and add salt, pepper, and soy sauce
  5. After stirring again, add Chinese spinach and stir all again
  6. Add Marcy as much as you want
  7. Put paprika and stir them
Factory
We produce “Marcy” in Ohyama Foods factory which is situated in Aya Town Miyazaki which is situated in South of Kyushu Island Japan.
Our factory has obtained ISO22000.
In Aya Town Miyazaki pref., we can see fireflies every summer.
The stream which fireflies are populating, needs to be very pure water.There is a stream just beside of our factory, this river was selected the 100s purest river in Japan.
We are using water from this river which is surrounded by one of the biggest laurel forests in Japan.
Aya Town has been called “Pure Water Country” since long time ago.
How Marcy was created
Marcy was created in 2009 associated with owner and chef of Restaurant “Ren’s” in Fukuoka, Masashi Kio
Chef Marcy Kio worked for famous hotels, and he is active inside and outside of Japan
Marcy was named by his nickname
Ohyama Foods co. product also other sauce which are collaborated with chef Marcy
