A new take on
Japanese tradition.

marcy was created in 2009 at Ohyama Foods' development lab in Miyazaki, Japan.

It was a collaboration between Chinese cuisine chef Masashi Kio, the Ohyama Foods development team, and fourth-generation vinegar maker Kenichiro Ohyama.

Together, they combined traditional Japanese yuzu kosho with brewed vinegar to create a pourable hot sauce with bright citrus aroma, refreshing acidity, and a lively kick.
